Well maintained. It can be seen that omenistratsiya monitors cleanliness. But one minus a lot of children ride bicycles and skateboards. Make a skate park for them.

Clean and beautiful. City center. A bunch of shops around, a bazaar nearby. One thing is bad, these are gypsies and big dogs. At first I was afraid of them, dogs. Now OK. I am more afraid of cyclists who are not allowed to ride here, but they do ride and can be run over at any moment. Full of tourists and children. Children use this Stella as a playground)
