On January 28, I was visited by surgeon Honcharuk Ihor Vasyliovych. It is clear that the doctor is a professional, but even he needs time to examine the child. And the owners of the clinic aim to earn the maximum amount of money for a doctor. We were recorded at 16-00. Previously, I was warned by phone not to be late, because then the doctor will not accept. At 15-45 we already paid for the appointment and thought that at 16 we would see a doctor. But we got to the doctor only at 17-00, as we had a huge queue of children. All of them were also recorded. The doctor is given 15 minutes to examine one child. For 15 minutes of consultation you pay 330 hryvnias! During this time, the doctor does not have time to examine the child, listen to complaints and prescribe treatment. Therefore, at the moment when we were to enter the office, people who were assigned to 15-00, and then to 15-15, 15-30, 15-45 came. We came in at 5 p.m. The doctor was exhausted, examined quickly, said he needed a bridle to confirm the diagnosis. And that after the bridle we will return to him and he will explain everything to us. We paid for the bridle (260 hryvnias) and spent another 40 minutes in line. We returned to the doctor's office. The nurse came out, took the result of the bridle, a few minutes later made a doctor's report. I said that I still had a question for the doctor, that he promised to explain everything. The nurse said that everything was scheduled for treatment, and I would be able to ask additional questions to the doctor in 6 months, when we were appointed for the next appointment. Therefore, if you decide to go to this clinic, keep in mind that patients' time is not appreciated here. 15 minutes is a very short time to examine the baby. I think that for such a short consultation the price is too high.

Impressions of the clinic are negative! We visited different doctors several times and each time came back with a negative! Doctors responded superficially to my questions, which is not a sign of professionalism! In response to the fact that I treat the child's throat with septifril, the doctor just laughed, but at the end of the reception replied that I can continue to give it to the child! At another appointment, the doctor diagnosed a brain cyst, on the symptom of "fright - trembling" and sent for an ultrasound of the head, in the same center, while we paid for the ultrasound service, the doctor, it is not clear why, ran to the office uzistki! Probably agreed on the whole show, and, miraculously, we have a cyst, which seems to have passed, and in a few days it will not be visible. In the office we were not given a picture of this cyst, I wonder why !? At another reception we were told that these "tremors" are not a symptom of a cyst, and in general, a cyst never has many such symptoms! And this is a symptom of a lack of vit.D! Also, as we were told, the cyst lasts up to a year (we are 3 months old!) Dear employees of Altamedica Medical Center, you do not have the lowest prices in the city and making money on the nerves of parents, and even more so on the health of young children, is inexpedient and wrong in my opinion! I was also surprised by the doctor's question whether I had brought a disposable diaper to cover the table! Of course, I apologize, but a 10-minute consultation costs UAH 300. and have diapers you owe! I have many other impressions before writing, but I also wrote so much! Thank you!

Finally we found our pediatrician))) Alexey Mikhailovich, the best doctor. There are many factors, and previous bitter experience ... the doctor is really a specialist, collects the anamnesis, examines the child and then the diagnosis ... does not work at the pharmacy, which is not only important for the parent's wallet, but also for the child's health.

Terrible attitude !!!! I have no words!!! We came to take a blood sample with a 9-month-old baby, at first everything was fine, we were well received, we followed the queue between people, but when after waiting 40 minutes in the hallway, the baby began to procrastinate, cry, etc., everyone was called except us and staff sees that the child was tormented and nervous, and was not even offered to pass without waiting his turn. Not only that, I was still taking blood in the office, the child was tortured because they couldn't take blood, I'm very indignant. My child is generally calm and I do not like to leave bad reviews, but it just could not stand. The organization is terrible! It is possible to make another turn for small children, at least yes, I do not ask for something incredible! Everyone says that public hospitals are treated badly, I will say so, we were better received and treated in public hospitals than in private ones! Not only did they pay the money, but they also got tired!

Great place. Friendly staff, everything is on time. Especially friendly doctor of ultrasound - Irina Leonidovna. The child is also delighted after ultrasound. Good approach to the child, professionalism is felt. It is pleasant to me to deal with such doctors.
