Today I visited this clinic. The staff is very friendly. But the urologist I went to turned out to be just a moron. I use this word not to offend, but to clarify the situation. To say it was a shock is to say nothing. The superficial attitude, says contemptuously, is rude. He gave me a lecture on God and the necessity of married life and so on. Essentially nothing. And this consultation should cost 350 UAH? After a couple of minutes I just could not listen to it, got up and left. I do not know about other doctors, but the urologist here is primitive and limited. Retire him.

The people sitting at the reception are just awful. The clinic is private and, far away, not alone in the city, the client must be cared for and cherished. And here the opposite is true !!! After having done an ultrasound of the heart, you can get an appointment with a cardiologist only after two weeks (it may not be necessary anymore). To the question, how can you get earlier (maybe between patients) to show the results of the examination and start treatment immediately, and not two weeks, a categorical answer was given - no. Those. the girl did not even try to check with the doctor - he may or may not accept. To sum up everything written: at the reception are not professional people who do not care about the patient. There is no desire to come here again. The only thing that can force you to come to the Salyutem clinic on Sobornaya 46 is professional doctors. Many thanks to them. And the management needs to take a more responsible approach to the search and recruitment of personnel with whom the visitor, upon arriving at the clinic, begins the conversation first and who creates the first impression of the clinic.
