The Mall

Everything would be pretty good until I wanted to buy a room. Very questionable documents for construction, and rather vague formality of the developer. I don't really want to lose money. There are a number of questions, but no one answers them.

The sales department themselves do not know what and how they are doing and according to which documents everything is built. Very unprofessional.
