Clean rooms, shower and toilet on the floor, reasonable price. Nice renovation and hot water. The room is warm and spacious. Cozy courtyard.

We rented a "luxury" room, I emphasize "luxury" is not economy. The room is spacious and clean. The heat is impossible with nothing to breathe. The air conditioner hangs on the wall, there is no control panel anywhere. I called the administrator with a question where the remote control from the air conditioner to which they gave the original answer - open the window we do not give the remote control)))) "luxury" number. Last time here. I do not advise.
