The interior is a bit odd (the plan was implemented so-so frankly), but in general, as for Tulchin, it will come down (while we were at the fest, we went to other places too, so Vivier is also obviously the favorite here). Service is so-so, so very unobtrusive. The food ... Carpathian pancake with meat was tasty and well cooked (a huge pancake, which is really full of men, not what I do). I like it. But the salad with fresh cabbage and unrefined oil, I can not appreciate, because it is still very much for an amateur and should write about this in the menu. In general, the impression of a good institution, the second time, if I will again in this in the city, I will have it in mind
