A branch of nice Ukrainian fast food network. Serving paninis, croissant sandwiches, and some pastries. Everything I’ve tried tasted good so far. I particularly like ham and cheese croissant. Among drinks, you can have some coffee and tee. Coffee is OK. Tea is quite good. Good place for a quick lunch.

They are open as early as 8am and have wifi. You can go in for a quick cup of coffee before starting your day.

Took raspberry tea, I did not like, the girls reworked, but it did not get better. In general: tasteless tea, the service leaves much to be desired, I do not recommend 👎

I often visit Zhivov. Always friendly staff, remember regular customers, know their excellent products. I sincerely recommend and love.
