Today I visited a consultation with a psychologist Anna Radchenko. Impressions are only positive. This is the case when a person truly loves his profession and gives more than he receives. Thanks to such people, our country has a bright future, where corruption will be negated. Just like Anna, there must be a person who studies or is already working in the field of medicine, and in order for a person not to burn out, you need to pay the doctor, in particular doctors, as much as our deputies, judges, etc. receive. . Why do people who study as a doctor for 6 years (the 7th year of internship) earn less than electricians, plumbers, welders, gasmen and other people with working professions? What an incentive to study in Ukraine for a doctor, when, after 6 years of exhausting training, I have to think about where to get the money, because you cannot live on a doctor’s salary. For this reason, our medical students, after graduating from educational institutions and practice, go abroad in search of more paid and decent work. Those who remain in Ukraine for certain reasons deserve respect for themselves, because people want to realize themselves in Ukraine, in their homeland. Therefore, appreciate and take care of the remaining medical specialists, people who work almost free of charge (RFP does not count, this is a ridiculous amount, considering our prices). In general, encourage physicians, do not skimp on the kind words, because people are working for the good of others, but in the present time it is a great rarity.
