I do not recommend this department to anybody as the SHAKHRAYKA Nikolayenko Julia Sergeyevna "works" in it. When a pensioner came to her on July 20, 2020, having previously stood in line for 2 hours, with a request to issue a certificate with account details (has a pension card) for a one-time transfer of funds. The employee forced the elderly man to sign 4 times on the tablet with a black screen (ie it is not clear what was signed), asked to indicate the code with an SMS. a piggy bank, and maybe something else. She transferred part of the funds from the pension card to the open one without her consent and by order said "it is obligatory to pay something from 50 hryvnias with this card on the same day. And then when asked why all this, please cancel everything and issue only a certificate, she brazenly said : "That's right." It's scary to imagine how many more elderly people this guy is so tired of. I do not recommend this branch and PRIVATBANK in general to anyone. We will close all family cards and will be serviced in another bank.

The employees of this department are very pleased. Their professionalism, as always at the highest level. They will always help to implement the money transfer procedure or advise on any issue. Probably the best bank branch in the city of Akhtyrka.
