Awful staff at the EVA store at this address! Boorish attitude to the buyer, the lack of professionalism of the seller, not to mention the whole culture! We did not immediately respond to the request for consultation, waited about 10 minutes, and then, when they came to us, there were boorish answers in the form: "Girl, what about me?" And this phrase was applied to all the questions posed! I am a resident of Kharkov, but even in such a large city, the sellers are friendly and always prompt with a smile, and not with displeasure! Dear EVA store administration, give your sellers a lecture on consumer rights and about the rules of culture!

The seller sold the goods without mentioning the shares, did not want to refund. Unpleasant. You could buy two names for the price of one.
