I went to the clinic to see a specific doctor. Natalya Petrovna Laga is a highly qualified doctor and specialist in her field! BUT, the administrative part of this clinic wishes the best! The first time the administrator forgot to schedule my appointment for the procedure. Although the time and date have been agreed. Arriving at the clinic, it turned out that I was not registered! The second case, having arrived at my own time, it turned out that I was registered for something completely different! Again, the time was agreed in advance !!! I had to wait for a doctor's appointment! And the last visit to the clinic, after which I will not recommend it to anyone at all. Arriving at the previously recorded procedure, having waited 40 minutes from my time, after the doctor did accept it, it turned out that there were no necessary instruments for the procedure, and I was not notified about the preparation for the procedure! They offered me to go to the market to buy the right tool! Otherwise, they will not be able to carry out the procedure! Of course I just left! This is unacceptable in a clinic of this level! I sincerely don’t understand how such conditions can exist in such a clinic! It resembles a state clinic simply in a beautiful design! Customer focus at zero! I do not recommend the clinic of this network on Bratislava! If you don't want to waste your time and nerves!

I accidentally found out about the MyDerm clinic and contacted, frankly, not thinking that here they would help me with my acne problem. I didn't think - because before that I had applied to various medical institutions, famous and serious, but there was no result. Thanks to fate and the coincidence of circumstances that brought me here, after the first procedure, the situation on the skin began to change for the better. It took a while for the skin to heal and now I plan to seek only supportive care. It's good that there is a place where the problem was not treated formally, but the treatment was selected taking into account all the features and needs of the skin!

We suffered from contact dermatitis for a long time and could not understand the causes of the occurrence. Thanks to MyDerm and the efforts of Tatiana Boychuk, it was possible to establish the cause in the most unexpected place. When the condition of the hand changed, it was possible to promptly write off Tatiana and adjust the treatment, which greatly helped in the treatment I definitely recommend it.

I removed the mole on my face - everything is fine. I did an ultrasound scan - everything is fine. A big inconvenience for me was the discrepancy between the information provided on the site and in reality. The work schedule does not match (on the site it is indicated from 9 in the morning, in reality from 8), the prices for services also do not correspond - in reality it turns out to be more expensive. You have to constantly change everything over the phone. The same problem was a year ago ... somehow irresponsible.
