I ordered the drug Sonovan through the tablet.yu website. The drug was chosen on the recommendation of the attending physician, since, according to him, it does not require a prescription and it will be easier to purchase it. In the pharmacy, after the pharmacist saw what kind of medicine was in my order, an incredible cry fell upon me, saying that the drug is on strict account, no one sells it without a prescription and I have to contact my doctor. Explaining that it was the doctor who chose this drug, screams again poured on me that no, this cannot be, and so on and so on. I asked for a possible analogue, since insomnia had been worrying for 2 nights and I wanted to finally get some sleep. In response to me, they yelled again that there were no analogues and could not, all such drugs were exclusively prescription. Sorry, but I trust my doctor with many years of experience and experience more than a woman pharmacist who is nervous and dissatisfied with her life. Going to another pharmacy, they calmly sold the drug to me, without requiring a prescription and, moreover, without yelling at me. Management should pay attention to the mental state and aggressiveness of its employees.

I go to this pharmacy very often, I can buy medicine or buy purified water home, this morning I also came to the pharmacy to buy purified water, when I gave the money I paid yelling that there is no change, I replied that when there are small ones I give without problems, In response, the pharmacist yelled at me again and said why did you come here, I was served by Inna Vasilievna, and this is not the first time I have noticed that this girl is always dissatisfied with something when she serves people who came to the pharmacy.
