I bought 11/18/20 Kuchikoo electrolyte before closing, for a child of 7 months. I asked if it was possible to buy only a couple of sachets, they answered no, I bought a whole pack (160 UAH, no markdown!). At home, I discovered that the drug was valid until 1.21, that is, a month, which the pharmacist did not tell me about. I had to cope with the child's problems without the drug, because then the money will not be returned, because to cope with the child's diarrhea, you only need a couple of sachets, and as a result, after a month the drug can be thrown away. 11/19/2020 in the afternoon came to return the money and buy a couple of sachets in another pharmacy. At the checkout, the same pharmacist was standing, decided not to start a scandal ... He said hello, notified me that I had not been informed about the expiration of the drug's validity soon and that I wanted to return the drug (it's good that I kept the receipt!). The pharmacist checked the box and (mind you !!!!) asked if I wanted to buy a couple of sachets !!! I answered no, she left to talk to the management, came back, gave the money, I said goodbye, she followed. Honestly, if only the person would apologize !!! I would let this situation go down, and so - the pharmacy does not control its drugs, or they evaporate people without warning them about the expiration date, although they are obliged to the law of 2019 !!! (not to mention some discounts). They don't know how to admit their mistakes (was it hard to apologize? My child ended up without medicine, not to mention the fact that I had to return!). And once, she (the pharmacist) also offered to take a couple of sachets the next day, the conclusion she knew about the end date of the drug, and they sold it to me !!! I do not recommend shopping there! If you do not want to be deceived, or you should check the expiration date instead of the pharmacist!
