On November 22nd I placed an order for UAH 2725, but they immediately contacted me, accepted the order and made delivery! I asked to invoice for bank transfer, THANKS for that !!! yes, I made concessions and provided this service. I paid the bill. And I began to expect delivery within 21 days (as the supplier promised, in this case the Magpie online store) I want to add - I ordered the goods for resale and warned the manager before ordering Margarita, that the timing is VERY IMPORTANT for me. And so I expect the goods to go through 3 weeks, no goods, no more weeks of the product !!! I understand there are delays in logistics (there was experience in this area) no one from this insured. All this time I beg the client to wait a little longer, he makes concessions to me. But only after 35 -40 days (I can’t remember exactly) The parcel arrives, but not to me but to the supplier. I'm shocked why it was impossible to send directly? Why carry goods all over Ukraine? Accordingly, you need another 2 days to get the goods! My client nevertheless refuses the goods. I will inform the supplier about this and ask to return the payment for the goods. On the same day I return the prepayment to my client. BUT for today, February 28th, I still have not seen the return of my prepayment from the Soroka online store in the amount of UAH 2725. Manager Margarita replies that she is not in the know and knows nothing. Director Maxim on a business trip and, according to the manager of communication with him, NO (which is strange it seemed the 21st century and communication services are available in almost all parts of the world). I want to summarize, I’m a regular manager and since I made the deal, the amount was withdrawn from my RFP !!! For me, this is substantial money and I understand that the Magpie shop will not return them to me.
