We ordered furniture in this store, we delivered part of our order on time and on time, and some of the furniture with a slight delay, which we were warned about and agreed on. Thanks to Galina for the non-standard approach to the solution, based on the small dimensions of the space, also to Sergey, Vladislav and Oleg.

Full HORROR! Irresponsibility. Negligence. False. I didn’t see such disgrace anywhere! All deadlines are broken. Now there are problems with the machine, then the master once ... During installation, it turned out that the components, facades and accessories are NOT all available: they forgot to take something, messed up with the dimensions and need to redo it, and the handles are over (although when ordering, we checked the availability of all components). And it is almost 2.5 months from the moment of ordering and payment. To date, only part of the kitchen is installed. They promise to bring the rest and finish it: "Tomorrow we will definitely complete it." Every day - tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. And so already 2 weeks ... Highly recommend if you have extra nerves, time and money!

This is the most terrible company I've ever met. Promised the kitchen at the end of September. Said do not swear if it will be the beginning of October. No problem. Has come on the middle of October we call that there on kitchen. They say: oh, we definitely did not agree on the final draft, we messed up with the size. I had to remodel. Said the kitchen will arrive on October 29 will install 30-31. We are already 29. We are calling. They say they will send the kitchen to Sumy only tomorrow, and they will set it next Friday. Already once they suffer and can not shove us into the installation !!!! On Friday, they call and say we do not have time to put someone else's kitchen, we'll put you tomorrow (on Saturday). It was Saturday. In the morning they called and said that the problems with the car would arrive at 12 o'clock. Late, but arrived. They say: we will unload the load but put it on Monday. At the same time, only the people who arrived brought them. Those people who work for this company. No one from the firm was. When they got a call, they do not even know what the people who carry and carry kitchens do. Thank you for the most honorable cooperation.
