Service is so-so and the shop do not accept credit cards. That's too little to be a good place for spending time there

They almost ruined our holiday. They ordered a loaf from them 8 days before the holiday in their market department. They agreed on the exact day and the exact time (9.30 am) when the loaf was to be ready. They even gave a deposit of UAH 200. They agreed on additional patterns and figurines that should be on the loaf. As a result: came to pick up the product on the agreed day, at 11 o'clock. The cow was not there, although it should have been at 9.30. No one called or warned that he was not there. The person who took the order started calling somewhere, finding out something, offering coffee, but no specifics. "Don't worry, someone out there must have confused the date, we'll work something out now." After long calls and waits, I had to go to the Cathedral in Sweet Minute on my own, pick up the product there. But the price was announced at UAH 100 more than originally agreed, again no one knows anything, some calls and clarifications ... In the end, they paid for the price agreed upon, but it was a standard loaf, without additional samples, which were discussed at product order. As time was running out and it was too late to reorder somewhere, the product was taken away. I don't know whose fault it is, but no one knows anything, everyone shrugged their shoulders, there are no culprits. Well, at least it worked out that way. I do NOT RECOMMEND for important events. Not specific, not reliable. A snack bar can have norms, but for important orders there is definitely NO.
