Well, the office is good, the employees are nice, but there is one "but": they are fed with promises that measurements will be made today, tomorrow ... But three years have not passed yet! So I understand, this company does not need money ... Well, I'm waiting another day. If not, then the response will be even more adequate. The epic continues. The master will be tomorrow. And will it be? ... As I promised, I will add: measurements were made, everything was a bunch. He brought in money and ... And again an empty promise. "Let's do it in 10 days ...". It's been 17. I'm waiting. To be continued!!! As promised, I will continue. Just a boorish attitude towards customers. Not only that, out of the promised 10 days, the window was made 21 (well, that's possible, because we have covid-19 crawling). That's another 5 days, no one even guessed to call. I advise everyone, if you place an order here, control everything! As for the guys who dismantled the old window and installed a new one - they are guaranteed 5 stars! Everything was done efficiently and quickly! Arrived exactly at the agreed time! Respect!!! So the conclusion is this: I will not apply to this company again. Maybe my opinion is subjective. In the rest you decide ....

Very nice interior. Pleasant, competent employees in the office, polite. Promptly made measurements of windows, calculated various options of a profile, packages and similar things, (not to be sad to wait - offered tea / coffee) !!!! What is important can be easily paid through the terminal, cashless !!!!! Three days before the specified date of installation of windows - called, agreed on the time of installation of windows. What is nice, the date of installation was postponed for one day (instead of July 20 to 21 - at my request) it did not cause any objections! On July 21, the installers arrived on time, did almost everything, polite with a sense of humor, told everyone how and what to do with the windows .... It would seem that if everything is so wonderful, why 4 stars and not 5 in the review ????? But because, unfortunately, when replacing the balcony block, we asked to leave the old window sill, actually on the balcony, we left it, but not "put on foam" .... It is clear that this is the "human factor", "everything happens", this annoyance does not diminish the competence of the installers, but leaves an unpleasant residue .... so actually 4 stars
