Went to this salon. We wanted to order a kitchen. They started asking the salon employee about the types of facades, countertops, chipboard and fittings from which they make their furniture, and asked to show samples of materials. When we asked to tell in more detail about certain samples of material, the first phrase was: "Well, this is expensive material ...". But I did not understand by what criteria he assessed what was expensive for us and what was not. Then I asked him if they make Eurolocks on the countertops - the technology is complicated, but the joints on the tabletop are not visible. From his surprised look, I realized that this was the first time he had heard about it. Then this worker asked where I had heard or seen this at all, and then said: "Whoever told you about the European castle, let them do it to you there." Roman's brazen response and behavior (that's the name of this employee) surprised me, as in all other adequate salons, we can simply say that we do not do so for one reason or another and all. We had a pre-designed kitchen with dimensions, they were asked to calculate the price of the kitchen, they agreed. I dropped them a project with the size, Roman said that within a week we will be calculated. It's been 2 months, I haven't received an answer. I will not recommend this salon to anyone with such an approach to customers ...
