We were registered for the reception at about 14:00, came to the office at 14:03, and it was already busy ... A woman said to wait, because there were patients .... My child is nervous, I can barely carry her in my arms , I'm pregnant and we had to wait almost 30 minutes. Of course I understand everything, there are different situations ... We finally waited, but tin, like a doctor with 30 years of experience - can examine the genitals of a child without gloves ????? He washed his hands before the examination, but did not wear gloves .... When I asked him, he was silent, quickly looked at the child, as if he had not heard me ... He only touched the external organs of the child to the mucous membranes, but how so ?? ? Dear friends, you are a private clinic, what kind of mess are you having ??? !!! These are elementary things ...

It seems as if I did not come to the hospital, but to the circus tent, the main task of which is to make as much money as possible !!! 1) came to the clinic at 16:43 (reception at 16:30) - from the doorstep in front of everyone started shouting that why are we so late, people have already come at 17:00 2) the doctor came out and in front of everyone in the same hall began to ask what we have - I do not think it should be asked in the general hall! 3) we left the reception at 17:02 !!! We knew we would have a quick review. That is, the next people almost did not wait! 4) I said that I had contact with covid, there is a dry cough, the rate is 37.00, and the child's temperature is -37.2. The doctor said: no treatment is needed until 38.5. Neither the name nor the humerus - he did not write anything even elementary! The next day, both me and the baby's rate jumped to 39 (I had to make an appointment online at another clinic to be told how to be treated It was possible to prescribe treatment in case the pace jumped or left the doctor's number, for example. And not to do everything so that in a day we patients went to reception again and paid money again 5) the next time we went through treatment, so that the doctor just listened to the child. We waited for the reception for 15 minutes, not arranging scandals, as we were arranged the day before. When I said that there was a suspicion of a kovid, the doctor ran into the corridor without even closing the door, and started shouting at everything and telling the girls from the reception: "what is she doing here ?!" She started telling me to go to my family doctor. When I said that I was not from Rivne and did not have a doctor here and the ambulance did not want to go, Ms. KASHTAN began to say what I was doing here, that I would infect her! It's as if I didn't come to the hospital, to the circus tent, where they want to make more money! It is worth this time to pay tribute to the girls from the reception - well done, reacted professionally and apologized Mr. Chief Physician, thank you for blocking the call, but I have not met with such a low level of service for a long time. Twice I got on my nerves !!!!

When choosing a private clinic and paying for the service, I expected a professional from the doctor. Were at the reception at the orthopedist-traumatologist Yakovets I. The reception lasted a maximum of 7 minutes! We paid UAH 300 for this. But the most annoying thing is that the doctor is not familiar with the concept of politeness at all. He talked to us as if we were close. We came with a problem of valgus foot, but for reasons known only to him, the doctor did not look at how the son is on his feet and in what position his feet🤷🏻‍♀️ When we told him that we do not fit such an examination, then in response heard that he has 30 such children a day. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone and I ask the management to pay attention to this situation. Next time I will think several times whether to go to Babydock. And to doctor Yakovets no more foot, that's for sure

From birth we visit this clinic - we do vaccinations. Everyone is happy. The staff is qualified and very nice. Evidence doctors, which is very important to me!
