Patience broke in! It's just some kind of horror, not a clinic! Nobody is interested in helping here! Here are some examples that have become a clear confirmation of this: - the father with a renal colic sits in a corridor and waits while the doctor accepts it because you see at it in an office now television, you, the patient, wait! (the doctor was not our district); - the laboratory assistant could not take blood from a vein, then took from a finger though the direction was on the expanded analysis of blood; - The doctor has one diagnosis: then you are old! Referrals for tests have to be requested! - in order to close the hospital, you need to put three seals on the sick list. And so: two put at once, and behind the third ask to come the next day. When my mother said that she would be able to come tomorrow because she would be at work, she was immediately given a third seal! And you didn't have to go anywhere for the seal, it was at hand at the receptionist! Hey, Mr. Password, is this fun for your employees: to drive people away so that they don't stay at home once again during a pandemic?

The service is terrible! I waited a week and a half to get a ticket to the district doctor. When you come for the coupon, you do not get to the time specified in the coupon. Not everyone in the registry has information in which office the doctor is. I wanted to register for an ultrasound, but the registry could not help me. I just needed a coupon or to sign up for a free ultrasound (as it could have been done earlier), to which they replied that there are only five of them and that the coupons are already being disassembled every day and at 8 am. That is, it is unrealistic to get an ultrasound. How can I get with a small child from the other end of town until eight in the morning to have time to ONLY sign up ??! To which I was told: THESE ARE YOUR PROBLEMS! What is this attitude, service and service in general. Of course, I understand everything, but it does not fall within any framework. They refused to help me. Then I asked if I could call in the morning to set aside a coupon, to which I was told to come in person. No alternative was offered. That is, special attention is not paid to solving a specific issue. We are all human, we must respect each other! But I believe that this is not the way to work!

I wanted to get a tick, and the surgeon told me I didn't care what was waiting for me, my working day was over, that's the kind of medicine we have .....

The family doctor does not answer the calls. With the temperature is not allowed, calls are not answered. There is no one to prescribe treatment .....
