You can subtract at least one from working hours. If you come 10-15 minutes before closing, you can not get anything. "We've already * closed something * there so nothing will happen, we had to come earlier." And this "before" is until the workers decide that there are enough of them for today.

The department is always clean. Over the last 10 years, Ukrposhta has changed for the better. I often use their services. I remove the star for the queues.

Parcels take a very long time, there is a constant influx of people and some staff just can't handle it. However, the cashier in the photo today pleasantly surprised me with her politeness and professionalism. There would be more such employees.
