I used the services of this department for many years, and everything was fine until December 30, 2021. Came in the evening, after work, went 15 minutes before closing, to send contracts. She had several telephone numbers, one of which had to be linked to a private person at the central office, to whom the shipment should be registered. I warned about it. All you had to do was enter these few numbers and check. I was served by a guy who behaved boorishly, whose excuse was that he would soon close (I stood in line), and he had several numbers to kill in the base), while he was constantly distracted, then one worker, then another - and nearby, there was another employee who also behaved rudely (if I'm not mistaken, the name Stupnytska), the reason for such rudeness was their fatigue from almost 1000 visitors (so she explained). Probably, now, the lack of adequate employees - since this works at work. Or for a long time there was no instruction from the management! And there, well, it's just not enough! They quarrel with clients, are rude. Well, right, because not their own, and they are hired, so it can mean (

I have been dealing with this department for 5 years, all this time everything was fine, the queue, if it had not been a long wait, as the workers work quickly and efficiently, for me only the smiles of the employees are missing, and 4, maybe I already cling but that is purely my opinion.
