the work of the department is terrible. I had to use the services of the department many times. These are constant queues, because the workers work very slowly. Repeatedly, the branch operator could not find the parcel. Nervously she pushed the parcel with her feet. After all, everything is not systematized and a person simply does not know where to find it. That is why two or three people form a queue. The attitude to the client is superior. Of course cheaper than the new mail but you have to have a lot of time and nerves to get. Therefore, in the Ukrainian post office and there is no chance of competition despite the good rates and beautiful offices. Personnel decide everything.
