Receiving a parcel at the department number 16 in Rivne, I had an entirely opposite impression. Your department manager Krupko Ivan, representing the company's person in this department, is more interested in counting money than talking with a client. Not responding to greetings, looking at questions on a computer, talking dryly on top. When asked why the box is on the side, because there is glass, indifferently throws a stationery knife on the table. I'm indignant at such behavior, this is not a simple employee, but the head of the department! The mood was disturbed, he warned about the complaint in his direction, just humbling! It's generally outrageous! This is not the first time such an attitude to customers. Who writes standards is not clear?
