I made a prepayment to the Monobank card with a commission !!! A day later they bring the wrong thing! The manager even listened to the "telephone recording" of my order and only then admitted to a mistake and said that they did not have the required model. The money was returned, but without taking into account the commission I spent. Grubby ...

I made a huge mistake by contacting the Meblita online store! TV curbstone was ordered back in December 2020. Full prepayment. Delivery in the order and three times in the correspondence was agreed through NP address. As a result, the furniture was still delivered to the department, which entailed additional costs, they hired beads to pick it up. The shock came later. The curbstone turned out to be a chest of drawers. Immediately contacted the store. The manager Svetlana asked to collect, pack and send back. No return address was given. During the week I was trying to find out how and where to send a chest of drawers that I did not buy. They offered to keep for themselves, resell, etc. But, how can they return, only they must first find out who made the mistake. Today I received a written refusal to return. And without the slightest remorse they offered to buy !!! they once again have a curbstone, which I never received! Never in my life will I come here for a purchase! And I do not advise others

Дуже погане ставлення до клієнтів, після 4х місяців моїх звернень на рахунок поломаної спинки ліжка (вже так до мене приїхало) та неукомплеетованості товара (а саме відсутність важливих шурупів) постійне ссилання на фабрику і так цілих 4 місяці. Нормально .
