This is the worst hardware store I've seen in the last 15 years. The guys who sell equipment in the basement are hundreds of times better. No service, they sell a trough without a warranty card with which I have to run afterwards. And under warranty, they do not repair anything. Bought a printer for mom. He worked for 1 month. It took 2 months to determine the cause, as if the cartridge had died. Lots of time and money in a taxi for them to say, "Warranty is not valid"
