One of the most reliable European banks in Ukraine. Staff is very welcoming and highly qualified. It is always possible to communicate in English and personnel's helpfulness is unusual compared to that of other local banks. I especially recommend it to foreigners.

There is no customer service at all. Cashiers do not know how to communicate with the customer in a respectful way. It feels like I got to the * bazaar

The worst bank that had to use. Constantly call and offer credit cards, and produce without the knowledge of customers. And this branch is a nightmare. In order to hand over the card you need to sit for 1.5 hours in a queue, because only 1 specialist works.
