I have an account in this bank. This department is awful, especially the cash register with the cashier. Boorish service, always with a "claim" on his face and dissatisfied with even simple operations. Management, I do not understand why you keep such an employee? She discredits your bank. There were also incidents about "you opened an account in another department, why did you come to us?" by the economist. Although this department is more convenient for me, I am served at Sobornosti 50. I didn't find time to describe my dissatisfaction, I found it.

The woman at the checkout was rude and threatened to call the Yavir security service in response to questions about her manner of communicating with the client.
