12/19/20 I went to this store to buy a Xiaomi Redmi smartphone. Seller Olya, as it turned out, the manager, offered me another brand of phone, saying that it is even better. For advice, I bought this phone. After an hour of using the device at home, I found out that it is completely unusable, cleaned it to factory settings and on December 20 took it to the store to replace it with Xiaomi Redmi under the Consumer Protection Act. The seller Sergey who was present when I bought this smartphone listened to me and at once agreed to make replacement. But not everything is so simple. Another seller intervened, it seems Andriy, and stated that I should only hand over the phone to the seller Oli. For more than an hour I had to prove my rights as a buyer, explain the articles of the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection and that I do not have free time on a working day to look for Olya. Then it turned out that I was paying by card and again the same seller said that I should come only on weekdays. But I also have a working day. Seller Serhiy calmly performed all operations, I received a check with the amount that the bank must return and has already transferred it to my card. Only I do not understand why I was twice deducted bonus charges - both in the store and the bank. I will still deal with this. Thank you to the seller Sergei for understanding the situation and conscientious work, Questions to the administration - why do incompetent sellers work in the store, such as Olya, who in the best traditions of the scoop trying to sell unnecessary? And also such as Andrey, for whom observance of the Laws of Ukraine is not obligatory? I ask to answer the question in essence.

Relatives of old age turned to consultants for help about a poorly functioning microphone in a smartphone. As a result, they ripped off 200 hryvnias for replacing a SIM card (which was already new) and installing an antivirus. I do not advise you to contact here, the consultants are absolutely incompetent and, in addition, breed people for money.

Salespeople should be more polite with customers, big queues, lack of quality advice, some empty conversations. I do not advise you to buy anything from machinery, because the goods are not of high quality! And no one will return you money by check or anything at all!
