Don't waste your time with this company. Delayed the delivery of 3 chairs for 20 days, and each time one answer "as soon as you can see it". After a request to give a specific delivery date or return the prepayment, the prepayment was returned, though for some reason it was 5 UAH less. And that's it, no apologies, no explanations, etc. This is the bottom!

The worst experience of communicating with an online store. The consultants in the call center communicate as if they are doing a service and the client disturbed them during hibernation. Asked about the chair, confirmed that it is available, order, made the order once, no one calls, no email confirmation, ordered the same thing again. I call again, and the chair, as it turned out, is not and applications for orders did not come, and that their site is malfunctioning, the operator in a raised voice says that this is not her problem. I do not advise anyone.

On November 20, I ordered a desk and made a subscription. On December 29, the wrong table arrived, there were no deliveries yet, the party was damaged. The subscription was returned. And on December 30, I already had such a table at home, but bought in another store)

Ordered a coffee table DIANA INTRO halmar white. The seller has been notified in advance of the approximate date of availability of the goods for shipment. There were no problems with communication, ordering, payment for the goods at all. In the future, if you have a table, the seller sent, packed well) I recommend for cooperation, if you are in no hurry)
