Many times they turned to a cent with my daughter. Everything was always good. But then the whole family decided to sign a declaration with the therapist of this center. More than a week ago, they sent all the documents - and silence, it is impossible to get an answer about the status. I called yesterday - they promised that the responsible employee would contact me, but no one called back. And today I was told by phone that they have a lot of applications, they do not have time to process. "If you were told in the vibe that the documents have been transferred to work, then from that moment 5-7 working days." In Viber, the documents were sent more than a week ago, they did not receive any message that they were transferred to work. Well, should we wait a year until our turn comes? And then another 5-7 working days ... It seems to me that if the center does not cope with some direction, then it is not worth taking on it. As a result, my family is in limbo. Disappointed in your center ...

The case when a place has a name that corresponds to it 100%. You go to "My Doctor" to see your doctor😁 There are patients, not clients. If a child is being treated, then they talk to the child. They try to look for an approach and make friends with the little patient. This is the place where they treat in such a way that doctors are not afraid. Children are still afraid of injections, but they don't scold them for it. Thank you ❤️

Then I signed a declaration with the clinic and I don't regret it. I recommend to everyone! Always polite staff and a doctor who is worried about you. Especially in a pandemic, covid is rarely found anywhere.

We are observed here for a year. They were usually examined by pediatricians and went for vaccinations. Six months later we got a call and were offered to sign a declaration with them for free, which we usually agreed to. They promised a free doctor's appointment, a free vaccine, and tests. As a result, you do not pay for tests, ECG, etc. only when they are prescribed to you by your doctor, you must pay on your own initiative. The vaccine is free only state, Indian. If you want a normal one, pay money for the vaccine and FOR A DOCTOR !!! I explain that I signed the declaration, why I have to pay. They say the following rules, paid vaccine paid doctor's consultation. I say okay, give me a prescription I will buy the vaccine at the pharmacy and come to my doctor. They said that they do not have bags for carrying the vaccine, buy them yourself. And they will only inject us with the vaccine and all, they will no longer be responsible if something happens to the child. There are different girls at the reception, some of them are smiling nicely, helping to solve problems, while others are tactless and answer in such a way, just to get rid of us faster. But, this is a private clinic and not some state outpatient clinic !? No complaints to the doctors yet. The declaration was signed by LB Dzhugashvili, she is both a pediatrician and an infectious disease specialist. We also like pediatrician Kovtun, who always finds a common language with children. We were at a neurologist, the girl examined us, a nice person and a good specialist. As for the orthopedist-traumatologist Onishchenko while 50:50, does not like to communicate very much, silently examined the child, told on an X-ray and then to wear a stirrup. When we finish the treatment I will say for sure whether it helped or not. Conclusion: Of the pros: -Doctors work here at half rate, all from public clinics, but do their job well, we are satisfied. -you get test results quickly Of the minuses: - your site is constantly hanging, as I want to make an appointment with a doctor online, and the site has not updated information about prices, they have risen. I also want to translate the site into Ukrainian, but he refuses me, just does not ship, hangs. Nobody is working on the site. And you have opened a new institution on Levada and there is no word on the site about it. -at the reception there are girls (not all) tactless and rude to their customers, after communicating with such there is no desire to appear in your institution. -you promise free services after signing the declaration with you, and in reality I pay for the vaccine, doctor's examination and tests, if they are not prescribed by a doctor. - once they called the doctor home and told us that in the near future he can come in 3 days, so we live outside the city and may not go there at all because it is far (20 km.) Deal with the site and your girls at the reception, because that's how you lose customers. And solve the case with vaccination, I do not understand why I have to pay for it and even a doctor's examination!?!?
