Not all trainers are competent enough, but there are also professionals. Alexander conducts high-quality personal training from all coaches. He is strict, but under his guidance, you can achieve the desired result. What is important is that he has extensive experience in sports and it inspires confidence. There is also a coach Tatyana, she doesn’t train very well, but she jokes “awesome”.
