I walk only the 4th time, but I train with a trainer - 👍💃fire. Shower, changing room, etc. all that is needed.

If you want to lose weight, or pull yourself up, then you can safely come here, for cardio there are orbi-tracks, tracks, and bicycles, there are not many simulators themselves, but there are not many people, of the minuses: air conditioners do not work, and if they do, then in the same room, and there are no coolers with water, which I think should be in every fitness club / rocking chair / gym

A complete range of simulators that are duplicated. Always clean and tidy. I go with pleasure every time!
