Today 02/24/2021 19:30 we came with the children to ride a tube. The tubes were given out and started rolling a couple of minutes later a screaming man flew up and took the tube away. He said that you cannot travel with children. When we were given a tube, no one warned about it. We came earlier and rode with children and adults for 2 and never made any comments. But then there is a wild shout, the children are scared, the rest is ruined. At the checkout they said that the name of the screaming man was Tymoshenko. We ask the administration to select adequate personnel.

Неймовірно круте і атмосферне місце для активного відпочинку всієї родини. Тут можна покататися на сноубордах 🏂, лижах ⛷ і тюбінгах 🛷(такі надувні резинові подушки для спуску з гірок 🗻🏔). Є круті і пологі спуски. Пару затишних кафешок для відігрівання тих, хто замерз на свіжому 🌬💨☃️морозному повітрі ❄️

The tracks in the snow were good, the queues for ski lifts are simply unrealistic, a live queue of 30-40 people Webka did not work for this whole picture (perhaps not specifically) to find out what is happening there did not seem real. The weather is not good at all for the Complex, it may be a little queuing.
