I judge not the park itself, but the center of Poltava as a whole. This is my hometown, but when you come to the Center, instead of looking at the city's beauties, you see dirty dancing homeless people and drunks lying right in front of your feet at the entrance to the Golden Misto. This spoils the impression incredibly. Such people should not be seen in the city center. It's a shame for Poltava.
