Extremely calm and quiet place. Charming atmosphere, incredible pine park😍. Separately, I want to thank the staff and chef of the restaurant for their willingness to fulfill any whim❤️🙏

I really enjoyed relaxing on a lounger after the spa, contemplating the panorama of the majestic pine trees and the outdoor pool, to the sounds of the piano. In the SPA complex itself, there was cold water in the pool, and the heated pool had to be reached by fresh air, almost barefoot (at the reception they gave out special disposable cardboard slippers for going outside, which instantly got wet). Additionally, rubber slippers are best taken from home if you plan to use the outdoor pool. Swimming in the outdoor heated pool surrounded by centuries-old pine trees is amazing !!! Nearby there is a hot jacuzzi and the availability of dry towels pleased. I would like more UFOs along the entire pool ... so that when you get out of the water in the cold season, it's immediately warm.

For that kind of money, it's awful. We arrived for one day to relax in silence far from the city. We were placed in a deluxe room in which we enjoyed the sound of ... a puncher! The whole house was shaking from repairs on the first floor. And such pleasure can be obtained for more than 5 thousand hryvnia per night! Why would people be accommodated in buildings where repairs are underway? Yes, it's beautiful here, you can't say anything. But pathetic. And there is no proper attitude towards people. I don't want to return to such a place.

Overrated! We were unable to resolve the issue of transferring the armor in connection with the situations of coronavirus, I would not say they would. But 1 day before arrival, having refused to postpone the dates (I was in contact with the sick), they replied that they would withdraw the money in any case. And the funny thing is, then we asked if we would come .... of course we would. And most importantly, I had a DR on that day, on the day of arrival, and so your loyalty failed, the client for you is money and that's all .. They didn't ask anything and did not react in any way, but it was booked 3 months in advance. Marketing, the attitude is immediately clear.
