You will definitely have a free master class on working with each simulator, all muscle groups are involved in the process! But that’s not all, when you sign up for a club you will have three service training sessions, during which you will learn to work correctly on simulators yourself👌. But that's not all! During each training session, a responsible trainer in the gym will follow you and adjust your work, as well as monitor your pulse❤️❤️❤️, but that’s not all)) after training, you must stretch your muscles, which is very important! In general, come to train in a very sincere sports studio👌👌👌

I am simply indignant at the behavior and attitude of the coaches at Lavrukhin. When there was a branch at Dankevich, the girls worked professionally there, were attentive to all visitors, and many of them over 50 years. The branch was closed and I had to go to Lavrukhin. I have never met such amateurism and prejudice !!!!!! In the club from 1 to 4 numbers are taken. This month, my mother missed measurements because she was in a sanatorium. I came to classes on the 11th and asked them to do it, especially since I need to calculate the treatment further. What was denied rude !!!!! She was silent. But when, after 10 minutes, Madame came in who has been working in this branch from the beginning - her measurements were taken !!!!! Interesting "familiarity" !!!!! This is at least not professional and offensive from the point of view of visitors who have to go to the branch on Lavrukhin !!!!!! And my mom, for a second, is 65 years old. I do not recommend !!!!
