Expensive, beautiful, service at a high level.

Nice place with great prices in the restaurant. The pool in the building with the gym is small. The rooms are nice, the pastels with mattresses are amazing, you sleep on them like a child. Large area for walks in the pine forest. It will be more interesting in the summer

Great chalet. But it’s not enough to build a good house and make repairs in it. Service is just the bottom !!! 1. Furniture for children escaped from the USSR and flew into this beautiful repair. Sticking screws and burrs on wood are included. 2. The terrace board purchased at the sale requires constant care which is not. At the pool you need to be shod, otherwise you have to get splinters. 3. The indoor pool was colder with every day of arrival and on the 4th was no longer comfortable for a stay. As it turned out, he was “hammered”, but this is not our problem! Around the pool is an extremely slippery Tile. Children can be injured !!!! 4. The sauna is heated 24/7 but for some reason the water in Kupel is at the same temperature as in the jacuzzi. 5. If you take meat with you to fry it on a wonderful ushat barbecue grill, take portable refrigerators immediately, because there’s just a mini bar on a house with 300+ squares, which doesn’t fit even milk for children! The restaurant refuses to take food for preservation. And do not forget the skewer or the net, because this will not be shared with you either. 6. Little things, like the flavors that dried up a year ago in rooms and cup holders from the time of the dinosaurs, dripping condensate from the ventilation in the middle of the room, only complement the big picture. 7. The crown of all service. Everything does not open on schedule, but when it pleases. I can’t attach a video call to the room service, or rather a 15 minute hearing tone. Breakfast could not be ordered, I had to go to a restaurant, which is impossible to enter with wheelchairs !!!! The administrator said we always take the phone. Something like this. Attached photos! Very cool place and nice house that was launched! At the same time, we had a great rest thanks to the friends with whom we came! I recommend a house to visit only with a good company!

great chalet !! the steam room was hot around the clock, for which special thanks. I liked everything very much. Of course, there is always something to complain about, but the desire to return will defeat any shortcomings. The food in the restaurant is delicious. some dishes are especially interesting (cerebral bone). but there was not enough personal service and staff assigned to the chalet who would help to quickly resolve issues
