The most shameful attitude of this company to its partners! For the first time I heard the phrase "violation of technical regulations". This concerned the placement of boxes on pallets. I brought here a load of dishes on pallets from Odessa. The condition of the cargo is clearly visible in the photo. I could not find out who and by what criteria determines the "violation", what exactly is wrong! Heard only "pallets fell"! They didn't even want to talk to me, because, you see, I'm just a driver. I had to leave, repack the cargo. The next day everything happened again. It was very fun for the representatives of this company! So, I want to warn everyone who is interested in this - keep in mind, the company AURORA does not see the edges! I'm disgusted to even write about them! I write only for the sake of, or to warn colleagues!
