A station that needs change.
In terms of service and quality of passenger service, it is the worst station not only in Poltava, but probably in the country. Cashier Balya Svitlana Mykolayivna does not know how to use the terminal at all, she behaves rudely because she feels her impunity. So on October 3, 20, buying a ticket to Hyundai from Poltava to Kharkiv, I paid with a bank card, the ticket was printed, the money was withdrawn, but the cashier did not print a check (there was no class tape in the terminal) !!! Using a video call on Viber, she talked to another cashier and returned the ticket, saying that the money should be returned to my card within a month !!!!! When I asked where my ticket was, let's answer, let's make another payment. The stationmaster generally removed himself from the leadership of his subordinates. Medical masks during quarantine are not available at the station staff! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Big train station. Quite clean. There are automatic luggage cameras. Price - 22 hryvnia per day.
It is bad that the toilet is paid and far enough on the platform - with young children can not be reached ((((
