1913 building. The hostel is located in the city center. Windows are replaced by metal-plastic. Like any of the old buildings, the dormitory has problems with sewage systems. Since the building did not plan to use the building as a hostel, the layout of the rooms does not contribute to a comfortable stay in the apartment. So, everyone has to make a choice - you are living in the center at an affordable price, or in a comfortable room for more money.
