This is the second precedent, last time, they did not want to issue parcels from China and said to wait for a call from the postman for two months, until they were pressed, then they immediately found these parcels. Here it is already necessary to apply not to the contact center, but to the law enforcement agencies regarding the work of the employees of this department, for which the Ukrposhta company is not completely responsible.

Polite workers, fast service. Spacious office. I always make shipments from this branch.

After the repair, it became super. And before there was a convenient location, but now it’s also a beautiful, spacious compartment. The girls are very friendly, attentive. For example, I was served somehow on Friday already in fact after hours. Pleases with pricing and speed of delivery. In general, the updated mail works fine !!!

I received a package from China to this office. The parcel should have been delivered to the apartment. The employees did not consider it necessary to trouble themselves with such a trifle as delivering a parcel home (although money was paid for the delivery) or at least call my number on the parcel and warn me to pick it up myself.

Классный персонал.Вежливые,улыбчивые.Так странно для укр почты)Есть зона для деток,сделан ремонт,чисто и очереди редко. Дополняю в 2021году. Не доставили уведомления,про то, что пришло письмо с решением суда.В связи с этим пришлось обращаться в суд и просить заверенную копию решения,непосредственно в суде. До этого, уведомление про письмо из суда доставили настолько поздно,что если бы я пришла на почту на следующий день,его бы отправили обратно в суд. Почтальон по адресу ул. Соборности 46В,Полтава, не выполняет свою работу.Даже позвонить не считают нужным! 5 звёзд ставила.Сегодня ставлю 1 звезду.
