When visiting a patient at home or during an outpatient appointment, the doctor may meet with an infectious disease or suspect it (acute viral hepatitis, intestinal infections, infectious mononucleosis, meningococcal infection, AIDS, "childhood" infections, etc.). Most infectious diseases require as quick and proper diagnosis as possible, since they pose a danger not only to the patient himself in terms of the severity of the course and outcomes, but also to those around him because of the possibility of spreading the infection, so the district therapist must have deep and strong knowledge in the field of infectious pathology, to be able to collect an epidemiological history well, to know tactical questions when identifying an infectious patient.

I will be envied in a good way There is already a good tradition in the work of the Council of Veterans of our academy - to visit veterans who are limited due to health or other reasons do not have the opportunity to meet with their colleagues. Lonely people who have lost their relatives and best friends are especially happy to visit. This is the fate of Dashkiv Mykola Vasyliovych. For several years now, his wife Natalia Ivanovna, with whom he lived together for 35 years, has passed away. "When she was still alive," says Mykola Vasyliovych, "he offered her to move to a nursing home together, but she said, 'No, Kolya, as long as the two of us live in our apartment.' And if someone is left alone, then let him choose how to proceed. " And for ten years now, Mykola Vasyliovych has been living in his second home, cozy, with all amenities. The room has a TV, its own library, on the wall there are many icons, postcards, a calendar on religious themes, because the owner is a believer. This veteran institution is located as for Kiev, we can say: in the resort area - on the outskirts of the Forest. Next to the forest - a great place for hiking. Mykola Vasyliovych definitely chooses the time to walk 5-7 kilometers on his favorite route, to breathe fresh air infused with pine needles. If desired, you can go to the city, because there is a trolleybus stop, which can take you to the Lisova metro station in 7-8 minutes. After the official presentation to Dashkiv MV jubilee award of the academy, booklet and Diploma of the Council of Veterans, we asked him to tell about his life, because the other day he turned 90 years old and there is something to say. "I was born in the far Russian hinterland of Bashkortostan," Nikolai Vasilyevich began. "From there I was mobilized to the front, I was an aircraft technician." He knew his business well. Therefore, when it came time to demobilize, I was offered to stay on overtime, but I refused. Then I was summoned to the political department and offered to study at the Kyiv Naval Political School. " After graduating from school, Lieutenant Dashkiv was sent to the Aviation Regiment in Ochakiv for further service. But soon there was a reduction of the Armed Forces and Mykola Vasyliovych changed his military uniform into a civilian suit. The desire to obtain higher education led him to the capital of Ukraine, where he entered the history department of Kyiv State University. Taras Shevchenko. He studied at the evening department and worked as the head of the personnel department of the medical institute. After receiving a university degree, Dashkiv MV He got a job at the Kyiv Higher School of the USSR MOGP as a chief of staff at the Department of Marxism-Leninism. It has been 30 years since Mykola Vasyliovych left the walls of our educational institution, but even now he warmly remembers his colleagues at work, Rector Brovkin Oleksiy Mykolayovych, who addressed him like a father: "Son нок". Mykola Vasyliovych openly admitted: “During friendly interviews, the residents of the boarding house say that they will envy me kindly. Especially those who have no relatives, friends or good acquaintances. Because they see that I am not forgotten and are periodically accompanied by colleagues - members of the veteran organization of the National Academy of Internal Affairs, and moreover not empty-handed, for which they are veteran thanks. I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to the leadership of the academy and personally to the rector of Chernya Volodymyr Vasyliovych, who honored me with such great attention and awarded me a memorial sign in honor of the 95th anniversary of the school. The rooms are clean, although the repair and furniture are still in the Soviet Union. Our grandmother lay several times. For participants in the elimination of emergencies there are benefits.
