INVITRO

Yesterday 09.07.20 in the morning I turned to INVITRO in order to take a blood test from a vein. After just 2 hours, she returned to the clinic with symptoms: pain, swelling, hardening, redness, etc. (see 1 photo 2 hours after the puncture). Upon examination of my hand by a doctor, his response to my symptoms left me in complete shock. It turns out I didn’t keep my arm bent long enough after a vein puncture and had to go to the pharmacy myself to buy Troxevasin ointment and plus make an alcohol compress at home !! You are doctors !! Are you seriously!!?? I had to treat myself? !! In the conversation, we did not come to an agreement! I believe that you can’t save on your health! I went to the pharmacy located next door. I bought everything I needed and by the evening the situation had changed, but not for the better (see photo 2) !! The next day, 07/10/20, in the morning I again turned to INVITRO for the deterioration of my arm and for the results of the analysis (see photo 3). I asked the girls at the reception to invite a girl who took blood from my vein so that she would look at her work! To which the girls replied that they did not know who took the analysis from me !!! I never heard the answer to my question about the name of the doctor! As a result, one of the girls at the reception invited me to make an alcohol compress (this is after a day), they apologized. I want to add that 06/29/20 donated blood from a vein from both hands, to other tests, in another clinic, and there were no such problems !! I will undergo further treatment with other doctors. I highly recommend INVITRO!

I am very pleased that I chose this laboratory to take the glucose tolerance test, which is usually poorly tolerated by pregnant women. First, the test is performed according to all the rules, as it should be (and not as it is suggested to do in the hay). Secondly, I did not even expect such a good attitude of the staff! Very polite and caring staff, constantly sincerely interested in my well-being during the test (it lasts 2 hours). I sincerely wish health and all the best staff for this attitude to customers!

Awful, we need to pass COVID-19 tests to fly overseas. Departure from Thursday to Friday, Thursday should be the results with a wet seal on our hands. They called on Monday, "a nice girl consultant" booked my husband and me to take the test on Tuesday 15.00, assuring us that the results will definitely be on Thursday. We arrive at the scheduled time and we are told that we can pick up the results with a wet seal only on Friday. Here is such a sharashkin cantor. Now we have to go to another city, spend money on the road, and so on. And these "lovely girls" do not pick up the phone not from me, not from my husband. Everything is AWESOME !!! I do NOT recommend it. People don't go to this Kantor.

Service is disgusting! They came for tests in the morning from a vein, 2 days have passed, there are no results, although they promised to do it within 24 hours! Upon arrival at the blood donation, I said that I was losing consciousness, because I was afraid of taking blood, this "ideal" laboratory did not even deign to facilitate blood donation! In such centers for people like me and for children, there must be ice cream ointments, so that it would not be so scary and painful to sit in the chair to "this doctor"! I strongly discourage this laboratory! Avoid them!
