A terrible institution, the attending physician is never there, constantly sent to the attendant at the other end of the array, why sign a declaration with the doctor if he never provides any treatment? To be paid salary for everyone who signed a declaration with him? Why write: call your doctor if you have cold symptoms, if no one can help you? Even when the doctor is on site, you are sent to the duty officer for no appointment. To close the hospital, I had to bypass the outpatient clinic, the reception center of the children's clinic, and the adult's registry. Every time I get into this outpatient clinic, I find a scandal of patients with staff who can get nasty on you. You are sent to the doctor on duty, and the duty officer directs you to some other therapist, because he has no right to prescribe even a referral to a narrow specialist. And you run in circles. Nightmare
