Not a bad venue for concerts. Due to the fact that the site is open and near the sea and the port, there is not enough sound power - it is scattered by the wind and possible rain. In general, everything is organized well: civilian mobile toilets are free when showing a ticket to a concert, there are food courts, and smoking areas. If you don't have a ticket, you can safely listen to the concert outside the concert venue.
