Not only that, the reception on the phone is the wrong schedule of the vaccination office - she said by phone from 8 to 15, and in the end from 9 to 15:42. I had to wait under the clinic for an hour, and this is sorry to contact a bunch of people. To the question - why did the receptionist say the wrong schedule, they got the answer - but we don't know the correct schedule🤔. Moreover, the clinic should be allowed inside at 7:30, and starts at 8:00. In this regard, a huge queue is formed and there can be no question of any distance🤦‍♀️. In general, the result is everything for people🙄

It's not clear why the whole boom with contracts is, if in order to get a prescription on the phone, I still have to go to Klushin, take the card and take it to the family doctor !? Tossing in the queues among the sick !!!

Today I visited the clinic at Klushin (referral to this clinic) for a hundred years and I wouldn’t go as much. The oculist went quickly, but NEUROPTOLOGIS !!! absolutely do not know how to work ... first of all, they can take a reception, they don’t perceive a live queue ... even if she’s a granny who is barely walking, pregnant, she’s even a half-dead person, ALL ON RECORDING !!! This is not written anywhere and it is not indicated what needs to be recorded. Sitting there are boors, they need a neuropathologist (send to the registry and sign up, the computer does not work in the registry ... and so vicious circle, chasing everyone up, down! This is the most disgusting clinic in our city, despite the fact that disgusting doctors work there, I'm not for everyone, but for some. I watched as my grandmother today sat at 6:00 in the morning until 9:30, she wasn’t accepted, they drove up and down so she took the card with the record, of course the doctors themselves lost the card somewhere and my grandmother drove it. The same situation is with me, the card they did and didn’t accept, despite the fact that I could go in a live turn, because the girl who was by appointment was too early for her and she said that I could still go through! Tell someone how to influence them, I want to write a complaint, but so that she would get where she needed and work with them!
