Premium Hotel

The staff are excellent but this is not a hotel. First given room 2, ground floor with no curtains, seriously. Moved to room 6. Holding a shower head standing in a bath is not a shower! The TV had no picture, the remote no batteries. The toilet cistern had no lid, the flush was broken. Second evening lock broke and couldn't enter the room for 45 minutes. Had to move to room 3 but it was infested with mosquitoes and the toilet leaked onto the floor. Had to sleep in room 6 with a chair against the door. Next day decided to leave but owner could not be contacted for a refund and did not even phone to apologise or arrange to send a cheque. Some sites this as a 7.8 rating because the sites uses a poor rating system which even gave a 7.9 when I rated it first time. Don't use this hotel.

I don't know if they speak English.... For the travelling it's normal option. Service is not bad. Rooms are clean, but modest. Beds normal. Breakfast is only amlet + sausage + bread =50 uah (1,7 euro) but coffee to buy separately. For our children was not convenient breakfast.

On all 5 stars! I do not even know what to write. Everything is alright! And the staff. And numbers. And services. Well done !!!

The place is nice, quiet. The staff is attentive. Breakfast is (for 4 for a man full). The downside is that there are no twin beds if 2 men are in the room (although the sofa was also comfortable). Great big bathroom. Summer terrace. Place for a car. Documents do. An oil mill can produce a specific odor at night nearby. In km there is a functional sports park.
