The memorial park is essentially a former Christian cemetery destroyed in the late 80s. years of the last century. Famous people of that time were buried. On the territory of the park there is a beautiful church built of stone from the fortress of Izmail. The church is visible from all the central areas of the city and is one of the beautiful gems of Ishmael.

Excellent walk-through park. And the paths along convenient routes for people (laid along the trodden dirt paths). And lighting throughout the park. And they don't let the bushes grow overgrown: it's not scary to walk through the park. (Although I liked the overgrown paths, albeit scary) And the benches were added. For walking, I advise.

In good weather it is nice to sit on a bench and breathe in the fresh air. They put up benches, urns. You can feed the pigeons. If you do not think about what this place was before ... then quite a decent park
