I arrived to receive TAX FREE, 2 years after my last visit. And you know, this time I was pleasantly surprised, but I need to make an appointment beforehand, but ... The booth-tellers weren’t at the workplace, they offered me a comfortable chair in the wi-fi zone, where I sat for 20 minutes while I was issued TAX Free. A bank employee serving this line of services was polite and correct. Half an hour later I left the department, slightly pleasantly surprised and cashed out. After all, they can when they want.
